Our journey started in 2016, when our founders identified a huge gap in service level for many clinical trials,
especially those in an early phase.
What began as a dream to provide exceptional end-to-end service quickly expanded. Once companies began to work with us, these partnerships invariably continued, with Matrix flourishing into a global solutions provider.
We chose to base ourselves at Alderley Park, one of the UK’s great science hubs and former HQ of AstraZeneca. A location that has hosted the discovery and development of some of the world’s most impactful medicines.
By 2019, Matrix had expanded to Ireland. This further strengthened our European presence. From here Matrix continued to grow beyond its founders, with the team now consisting of some of the best and most experienced professionals in the sector.
Outside of the office, Matrix’s team are high performers; including international athletes, academics and authors.
